Shipping & Returns Policy
Most of our products have expiration dates, which is why we source our products directly from licensed manufacturers and vendors in France to ensure the highest level of freshness and quality for our customers. Once you place an order with us, a member from our team reviews and processes your order within 24-48 hours. We ask our customers to allow 1-3 weeks for shipping, depending on the order, but feel free to contact us about possible faster delivery options.
In the case that any items are missing from your order or are out of stock, you will be contacted by email and prompted to modify, continue or cancel your order. We will only ever charge you for the items sent to you. Once your delivery is dispatched from our US location, you will be notified via email.

Returns are allowed within 20 days of your receiving your order and must include the original receipt/ invoice along with any other gifts or promotional items. The sender is responsible for all shipping charges. Unopened merchandise with all original packaging may be exchanged or returned for a full refund to your credit card of Paypal account. No returns, exchanges or store credits are accepted on sale-priced items. All sales are final. Any products damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund will be issued with proof provided of damaged goods. All credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used to make the purchase.
