Ictyane soap-free cleansing cream, at physiological pH, cleans the skin without attacking it and prevents skin dryness. It is the daily hygiene care of dry skin for face and body.
Dry skin has lost its suppleness, softness and no longer acts as a protective barrier. She becomes uncomfortable and sensitive.
Skin dryness is mainly due to:
